| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对自然流产妇女蜕膜和血清中氧化应激指标--超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及维生素E(VitE)的测定,探讨氧化应激与自然流产的关系。方法:用化学比色法对30例自然流产妇女和20例正常早孕妇女蜕膜和血清中SOD、MDA及VitE进行测定。结果:与正常早孕妇女相比,自然流产妇女蜕膜和血清中MDA水平都升高(P<0.05),SOD、VitE水平却都下降(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:氧化应激与自然流产具有相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the levels of SOD, MDA and VE in decidua and maternal serum of patients with spontaneous abortion to explore relationship between oxidative stress and spontaneous abortion.Methods:The levels of SOD, MDA and VE in decidua and maternal serum were measured in 30 patients with spontaneous abortion and 20 normal early pregnant women by chemo-colorimetry.Results:The levels of MDA in decidua and maternal serum of patients with spontaneous abortion were significantly higher than those of normal early pregnant women (P<0.05), while the levels of SOD and VE were significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxidative stress is associated with spontaneous abortion. |
