李光荣教授治疗免疫性不孕症经验

Clinic experience of the treatment on immunological infertility by professor LI Guang-rong

Professor LI Guang-rong is one of the most famous Chinese medical gynecologic experts of our country.She has accumulated rich experiences in treating infertility.Combined with modern medical theory,she deems that the patients of immunological infertility with spleen and kidney deficiency were usually hurt by damp-heat because of living carelessly,or unclean sexual life.Combined with blood,damp-heat can blocked flush and conception vessels and uterus.The pathogenesis is that dampness,heat and blood stasis are the incidental,deficiency of spleen and kidney is fundamental.The diagnosis is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.According to the principle of treating both the superficiality and origin,strengthening kidney and spleen should be done in order to improve Qi,blood and essence,clear away heat,dispelling dampness and promoting blood should be done in order to clear and regulate the uterus and uterine collaterals.
