[~3H]盐酸小檗胺的吸收、分布及排泄

摘    要:给小鼠口服氚标记的盐酸小檗胺后5分钟,血中即可测出放射性,半小时达高峰。血中浓度-时间曲线符合二房室开放模型。组织分布以肝脏为最高,依次是肾、肺、脾、心和脑。以粪便排泄为主。

Abstract:After tritium labeled berbamine was given by mouth in mice, the radioactivitv (?) be defected in blood in five minutes. The peak was in half an hour. The Concentration-Time Curve was consistent with open two-compartment model. Distribution of the radioactivity in the liver was the highest, followed by the kidney, the lung, the spleen, the heart and the brain. The drug was chiefly eliminated from the feces.
