围术期输血对胶质瘤术后生存期的影响

目的：分析围术期异体输血对胶质瘤病人预后的影响。方法：选择胶质瘤手术病人128例，术后随访1-5年。分析性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、切除范围、失血量和异体输血等临床因素对于胶质瘤术后生存期的影响。结果：多因素变异模型分析表明，异体输血和肿瘤切除范围是影响胶质瘤病人术后生存期的显著性因素。异体输血组（T组）的术后中位生存期87周，明显低于未输血组（N组）183周（χ^2=10.4,P＜0.01)，并且T组和N组的1年、3年、5年生存率也有显著性差异（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论：围术期异体输血降低胶质瘤病人术后中位生存期。

Effect of Perioperative Allogenic Transfusion on Postoperative Survival Duration of Patients with Glioma

To investigate the effect of perioperative allogenic transfusion on the postoperative survival duration of patients with glioma. Methods: After operation, 128 patients with glioma were followed up for 1-5 years. The effects of sex, age, size of tumor, extent of resection, blood loss and allogenic transfusion on their postoperative survival duration were analyzed. Results: Using multiple factor analysis, the allogenic transfusion and the extent of resection were significant factors affecting the postoperative survival duration of patients with glioma. The median survival duration of transfused patients (86 weeks) was significantly lower than that of non-transfused patients (183 weeks) (x2 = 10.4,P<0.01). There was a significant difference in the survival rates of 1,3 and 5 years between transfused and non-transfused patients (P < 0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The perioperative allogenic transfusion can significantly put down the median postoperative survival duration of patients with glioma.
