美洛昔康合成工艺改进

摘    要:目的改进关洛昔康的合成工艺,提高美洛昔康的收率。方法通过工业丙醇为原料合成2-氨基-5-甲基噻唑,提高了收率。美洛昔康的合成采用二甲基甲酰胺和二甲苯混合作溶剂,减少溶剂用量。结果收率从40.7%提高到52.5%。结论美洛昔康的改进工艺提高了工业化生产的批生产量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To improve the synthesis of meloxican and its yield. METHODS 2-amino-S-methyhhiazole was synthesized using industrial propyl alcohol as a raw material and a higher yield was obtained. Meloxican was synthesized using DMF and xylene as the mixed solvent, thus the colume of xylene was reduced. RESULIS The method was convenient with excellent yield, from 40. 7% to 52.5%. CONCLUSIONS The improved method for the synthesis of meloxican gives a higher output in each batch.
