| 摘 要： | 目的测定硫酸阿托品的含量。方法采用pH指示剂吸收值比值法,在波长374 nm和494 nm处测定吸收度。结果标准曲线方程为R=8.367X-5.4×10-4,r=0.999 6;平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.30%。结论此方法可作为硫酸阿托品的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of atropine sulfate.Methods pH indicator absorbance ratio method was used.Absorbance values at lengths of 374 nm and 494 nm were determined.Results The linear regress equations were R=8.367X-5.4×10~(-4),r=0.999 6.The average recoverises were 100.1% with RSD of 0.30%.Conclusions The method can be used for the quality control of atropine sulfate. |
