气温和降雨量对白纹伊蚊密度影响的研究

摘    要:目的研究气温和降雨量对白纹伊蚊密度的影响及其在白纹伊蚊综合治理中的应用。方法采用多元逐步回归分别研究上海世博园区的浦东园区、黄浦园区和卢湾园区2007年6~10月白纹伊蚊密度变化与气象因素间关系,并研究其回归方程间的差异。结果浦东园区、黄浦园区和卢湾园区的多元逐步回归研究中气温都进入回归方程,而降雨量都没有进入方程。在黄浦园区和卢湾园区的回归方程比较中,卢湾园区截距与黄浦园区没有差异,卢湾园区气温的斜率比黄浦园区大0.060。结论气温与白纹伊蚊密度密切相关,环境因素以及人为因素等是以与气象因素的共同作用方式影响白纹伊蚊的密度。
