中心复合设计法优化半枝莲多糖提取工艺

摘    要:目的采用中心复合设计法优化半枝莲中多糖的提取工艺。方法采用中心复合设计法进行试验,以加水倍量、提取温度和提取时间为考察因素,以多糖提取率为考察指标,对半枝莲的提取工艺进行优化。结果所建立的二次多项式回归模型具有良好的预测性,回归方程P<0.01,回归系数r2=0.9743,失拟项P>0.05,优选的最佳提取工艺为加34.47倍量水,提取2次,每次2.68 h,提取温度98.02℃。结论优选的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize extracting technology of polysaccharide in Scutellariae barbatae by central composite design-response surface method.Methods Taking the amount of water, extraction temperature and extraction time as factors,extraction rate of polysaccharide as index,extraction process of Scutellariae Barbatae Herba was optimized by CCD-RSM.Results The regression model has good predictability (r2=0.9743),with regression equation P<0.01 and lack of fit P>0.05.Optimum condition of extraction technology was extracted 2 times with 34.47-fold water,98.02℃ temperature,and 2.68 hours each time.Conclusion Optimum extraction process was reasonable,stable and feasible.
