厚朴麻黄汤加减联合西药治疗慢性支气管炎对照观察

[目的]观察厚朴麻黄汤加减联合西药治疗慢性支气管炎疗效。[方法]将我院在2007年11月至2007年12月间所收治的慢性支气管炎病人中选取250例,随机将其分成治疗组与对照组。对照组50例使用静滴消炎疗法,治疗组200例在对照组治疗基础上加用厚朴麻黄汤加减(药用桔梗、白前、小麦、紫苑、五味子,等)。治疗1个疗程随访1年判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率97.00%,对照组总有效率34.00%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。[结论]厚朴麻黄汤加减联合西药治疗慢性支气管炎,可以对症状进行有效的控制,有利于病灶的修复,可以达到防止复发的目的,且极易操作,副作用不明显,疗效持续的时间较长,在临床上应当予以推广。

The Houpu Mahuang Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis Control Observation

[Objective] To observe the Houpu Mahuang Decoction Combined with western medicine treatment of chronic bronchitis.[Methods] In our hospital in 2007 November to 2007 December were suffering from chronic bronchial patients methods 250 patients,randomly divided up into treatment group and control group.50 cases in the control group using intravenous infusion of anti-inflammatory therapy,the treatment group of 200 cases in the control group treated with the Houpu Mahuang Decoction(medicinal bellflower,white,wheat,aster,Schisandra,etc.).After 1 courses of treatment were followed up for 1 years to judge the curative effect.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group 97.00%,control group in the total efficiency of 34.00%,the total effective rate of treatment group was superior to control group.[Conclusion] The Houpu Mahuang Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic bronchitis,can effectively control the symptoms,in favor of lesion repair,can prevent recurrence,and easy operation,no obvious side effects,efficacy continued for a long time,clinical should be promoted.
