| 摘 要： | 介绍根据张仲景《金匮要略》之"痰饮咳嗽病脉证并治"辨病辨证结合、辨脉辨病机的特色,结合临床经验,治则重视调补肾气虚衰及心血瘀阻,加以养血祛瘀而自拟基础方肺胀汤,该方治疗多例肺胀患者,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Inspired by the teachings of ZHANG,Zhong-jing,i.e. combining pattern identification with pulse identification,referenced in the Phlegm-rheum chapter in JinGui YaoLue and confirmed by many years of clinical experiences,the author devises his own formula,Feizhang Tang(Lung Distention Decoction) to treat lung distention disease patients. The formula addresses the treatment principle of Kidney Qitonifying,as well as blood-nourishing and stasis-moving. It has been proven clinically effective. |
