原发性胆囊癌36例治疗体会

目的：总结原发性胆囊癌的诊治经验,探讨早期诊断策略。方法：对36例经手术后病理证实为原发性胆囊癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：该病早期无特异的临床表现,75%与胆囊结石合并存在。结论：原发性胆囊癌的临床表现缺乏特异性,极易误诊;B超检查是早期诊断的首选方法;对高危人群及时进行B超和/或CT等影像学检查并实施手术及术中病检,可望早期诊断原发性胆囊癌。

The Clinic Analysis of 21 Cases with the Primary Gallbladder Carcinoma

Objectives:To investigate the strategy for early diagnosis in clinical treatment of primary gallbladder carcinoma.Methods:36 patients with primary gallbladder carcinoma were enrolled,Eligible patients had been histologically or cytologically confirmed.A retrospective clinical review was performed of the patients.Results:The clinical manifestation of primary gallbladder carcinoma was atypical in the early stage,75% of all the cases were accompanied with gallstones.Conclusions:primary gallbladder carcinoma is prone to be misdiagnosed for no specific clinical features in the early stage.There is a correlation between primary gallbladder carcinoma and longstanding gallstones.Ultrasound should be the first selection for the early diagnosis of primary gallbladder carcinoma.Ultrasound and/or Computed tomography (CT) and histopathology should be performed among highrisk population in early screening for primary gallbladder carcinoma.
