摘    要:目的 观察激光角膜光学切除术(photorefractive keratectomy,PRK)对角膜内皮细胞损伤的可能性。方法 采用有血清和无血清培养正常兔角膜和PRK切削深150μm角膜1wk后,观察内皮细胞形态和内皮细胞密度。结果 PRK切削深150μm无血清培养1wk后,角膜内皮细胞形态、大小不一,部分细胞边界染色较宽,内皮细胞密度明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。PRK切削深150μm有血清

Abstract:Objective To observe the possibility of endothelial cell damage after photorefractive keratectomy(PRK). Methods Endothelial cell morphology and densities of rabbit corneas after PRK ablation of 150m depth were compared with those of the control group after cultured with or without serum for 1 week. Results Corneas cultured in serumfree medium after PRK ablation of 150m depth showed endothelial cell variability in shap and size with the occasional thickening at the cell borders.The cell densities were less than those of the control group(P<0.05). Corneas ablated to the same depth and cultured in serumenriched medium had the endothelial cells in regular sizes and shapes,and no endothelial cell density loss compared with those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The PRK ablation of 150m depth had some effects on endothelial cells and the effects may be prevented by factor(s) in serum. The disobviousness of cell loss in clinical studies may be due to the protective action of similar factors in aqueous humor.
