经皮超选择性精索内静脉造影术——附16例经验小结

<正> 精索内静脉(ISV)造影是Aiberg于1965年首次报道的。到1980年全世界已报告了200例左侧和15例右侧精索内静脉造影检查。伴随着介入性导管技术的迅速发展,近几年国外已把这项检查广泛应用于临床。我们从1983年11月起开始初步尝试,到目前为止共进行了16例左侧ISV检查,从中得到一些体会并为手术治疗提供了更可靠的依据。

Percutaneous superselected internal spermatic venography- with an experience of 16 cases

Percutaneous superselected internal spermatic venography has been taken ia sixteen patients. Two of them were patients with nonpalpable undescended testes and fourteen were suffering from varicocele on the left side. Through spermatic venography, these two nonpalpable testes were correctly located and later proved by surgery. Two cases of venography of the left renal vein failed, and it was suspected that this might be due to abnormal outlet or spasm of the left renal vein. In one case, though cathelerization was successful,venography was interrupted due to allergic reaction after test dose of contrast medium.With the aid of spermatic venography,all our recent operations concerned in this paper were performed smoothly and ideally. We consider that internal spermatic venography is a v ery useful examination for all non-palpable undescended testes,varicocele and male infertility patienls.It is worthy of popularization.
