| 摘 要： | 目的观察注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病心绞痛(心血瘀阻证)的有效性和安全性。方法将冠心病心绞痛患者50例随机分为治疗组25例及对照组25例,治疗组西医治疗采用注射用丹参多酚酸盐200mg/d治疗,对照组单纯常规西医治疗,10d为1个疗程,进行安全性及有效性分析。结果治疗组与对照组临床总有效率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),安全性无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论注射用丹参多酚酸盐能改善冠心病心绞痛(心血癖阻型)的临床症状,并且安全有效。

Clinical Effect Investigation on Salvianolate Injection for the Treatment of Angina Pectoris in Coronary Heart Disease with Heart-blood Stagnation Syndrome |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of salvianolate injection for coronary heart disease with heart-blood stagnation syndrome.Methods 50 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 25 in the test group and 25 in the control group,the control group only received western medicine therapy,and the treatment group was given salvianolate injection 200mg/d,the course of treatment of two group was all 10 days.The therapeutic effect and safety were observed.Results The two groups of total effective rate have statistical significance(P<0.05).The safety have no statistical significance.Conclusion salvianolate injection can improve the clinical symptom of coronary heart disease with heart-blood stagnation syndrome,and safety. |
