公众对医患纠纷的认知与分析

摘    要:目的了解公众对医患纠纷的认知,为医患关系健康发展提供建议。方法对医务人员、患者、教师、工人、城区居民、农民、商人、公务员388人进行随机问卷调查,对数据进行统计分析。结果公众对形成医患纠纷常见原因的选择存在显著差异。结论医务人员沟通能力不够、法律意识不强、医疗费用过高成为医患纠纷和引发患者不满意的主要原因。

Abstract:Objective Understanding of the public an awareness about doctor-patient disputes,for doctor-patient relationship to the healthy developments suggest.Methods Questionnaire survey was doctors,patients,teachers,workers,peasants and urban residents and businessmen,the civil service who were 388,for data analysis.Results The public is forming doctor-patient disputes common causes of differences.Conclusion Medical personnel are not enough communication,legal consciousness not,medical cost were the main cause of doctor-patient disputes and be patient.
