四磨汤联合金双歧治疗功能性再发性腹痛40例

目的探讨四磨汤联合金双歧治疗功能性再发性腹痛的疗效。方法采用随机分组法,将80例功能性再发性腹痛患儿分为2组,对照组40例,给予常规剂量的654-2、颠茄合剂等治疗,治疗组40例,在常规治疗的基础上给予中成药四磨汤口服液10～20mL,1d3次,金双歧1.5,1d3次,3～5d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。2组治疗均以3～5d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果治疗组40例中,完全缓解26例,基本缓解10例,无效4例,总有效率90%;对照组40例中,显效10例,有效18例,无效12例,总有效率70.0%,2组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论四磨汤联合金双歧用于治疗功能性再发性腹痛,简便易行,疗效明显,且未见明显不良反应。

United Jinshuangqi Simotang Treatment of Functional Abdominal Pain 40 Cases of Recurrent

Objective To explore the United Jinshuangqi Simotang treatment of functional efficacy of recurrent abdominal pain.Methods Random grouping method,80 patients with functional recurrent abdominal pain were divided into two groups,control group,40 patients received conventional doses of 654-2,belladonna mixture and other treatment.The treatment group,40 patients in conventional therapy were given oral medicine Simotang 10～20mL,1 3 times per day,Jinshuangqi 1.5,3 times pcrday,3 to 5 days for a course of treatment,were treated with 3 course of treatment.Two groups were 3 to 5 days for a course of treatment,treated with 3 courses.Results Treatment group,40 cases of complete remission in 26 cases,the basic relief in 10 invaild cases,4 cases,the total effective rate was 90%;Control group,40 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 18 cases,12 invaild cases,total effective rate 70.0%,compared two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01) .Conclusion United Jinshuangqi Simotang for the treatment of functional recurrent abdominal pain,easy,good curative effect and no significant adverse reactions.
