| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜切除肝脏良性肿瘤的可行性与安全性。方法 2008年11月至2010年12月我院为16例(观察组)肝脏良性肿瘤患者施行了不同类型的腹腔镜肝切除术,并与同期的32例(对照组)开腹切除肝脏良性肿瘤患者进行情况对比。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论通过腹腔镜切除肝脏良性肿瘤是可行的、安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic resection liver benign.Methods The different types laparoscopic liver resections were carried out in 16 patients with benign tumor(observation group) between November 2008 and december 2010.To compared with 32 patients with benign tumor(control group) by surgery to remove.Results The observation group were better than control group.P<0.05,there was a evident difference between the groups.Conclusion Laparoscopic resection liver benign were feasibly and safy. |
