腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠38例疗效比较

目的对比分析腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法选取我院分别采用腹腔镜技术治疗输卵管妊娠38例,设为腹腔镜组,同期应用开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠35例,设为对照组,运用统计学方法对比分析腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后下床活动时间和住院天数均明显短于开放手术组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜治疗输卵管妊娠手术创伤小,手术时间短,术中出血少,术后下床活动时间早,术后肛门排气时间早,术后住院时间短,疗效明显优于开腹手术。

Laparoscopic Surgery and Open Surgery Compared 38 Cases of Tubal Pregnancy

Objective Comparative analysis of laparoscopic and open surgery for tubal pregnancy patients.Methods Select the hospital were used laparoscopic treatment of tubal pregnancy 38 cases,set the laparoscopic group,earlier application of abdominal surgery for tubal pregnancy in 35 cases,set the control group,the use of statistical methods Comparative analysis of laparoscopic and open surgery for tubal pregnancy patients.Results Laparoscopic operation time,blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the open surgery group(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion laparoscopic treatment of tubal pregnancy surgical trauma,shorter operative time,less blood loss,earlier ambulation after surgery,anal exhaust time ago,after a short hospital stay,efficacy better than open surgery.
