慢性肾衰患者血液透析的护理体会

目的探讨护理干预在慢性肾衰患者血液透析中的护理措施及效果,总结护理经验,提高临床治疗效果。方法 90例行血液透析治疗的慢性肾衰患者随机分成观察组(45例)和对照组(45例),观察组采用整体化的综合护理措施,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较二者的护理效果。结果观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论慢性肾衰患者血液透析的护理有其特殊性,对其进行整体化的综合护理,可以提高透析效果,缩短患者住院时间,降低医疗费用,提高了患者及家属对护理质量的满意度,同时对患者进行科学的健康教育可减少并发症的发生,促进临床好转。

Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Nursing

Objective To evaluate the nursing intervention in patients with chronic renal failure in hemodialysis patients and effect of nursing interventions,summary care experience,improve clinical outcomes.Methods 90 routine hemodialysis treatment of chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into observation group(45 cases) and control group(45 cases),observation group as a whole and integrated care measures in the control group using traditional methods of care,comparing the two care results.Results The care obviously better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Chronic renal failure patients on hemodialysis care has its particularity,its holistic comprehensive care,can improve the effectiveness of dialysis,shorter hospitalization time,lower medical costs and improve patient and family satisfaction with quality of care,while patients with health science education can reduce complications and promote clinical improvement.
