| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小切口开窗髓核摘除手术与椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效比较情况。方法通过回顾性分析腰椎间盘突出症患者临床资料,依据手术治疗方式不同分为治疗I组(小切口开窗髓核摘除手术治疗组)30例和治疗II组(椎间盘镜治疗组)30例。结果 2组临床治疗总有效率无明显差异,c2=0.71,P>0.05。结论小切口开窗髓核摘除手术和椎间盘镜手术治疗效果均较好,应根据临床指征选择合适的方法进行治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the small-incision surgery with fenestration discectomy discectomy for lumbar disc herniation comparison.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data in patients with lumbar disc herniation,according to surgical treatment were divided into treatment group I(small incision window discectomy surgery group) 30 cases and treatment group II(discectomy for the treatment group) 30 cases.Results There were no clinical significant differences in total,c2=0.71,P>0.05.Conclusion Small incision window discectomy and discectomy surgical treatment are good,should select the appropriate method of clinical indications for treatment. |
