| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对急性心肌梗死(AMI)静脉溶栓患者实施综合护理干预的效果。方法将68例在6h内发病的AMI静脉溶栓患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规内科护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合护理干预,观察并比较2组患者的临床疗效、并发症的发生率和住院时间等。结果 2组患者溶栓后血管再通率相似(P>0.05),但观察组的并发症和溶栓30d后心肌缺血事件发生率明显低于对照组,住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论对AMI溶栓的患者实施综合护理干预,可减少溶栓后心肌缺血事件发生率和并发生的发生,促进患者康复。

| Abstract: | Objective to probe the effect of the nursing intervention of the intravenous thrombolysis on acute myocardial infraction.Methods 68 cases of AMI in 6 hours were divided into two groups ranmondly:control group and observation group.Control group was given usual nursing while another group was given multiple nursing intervention,then observation was given on the clinical effect,complication and length of stay.Results Rate of the influence of the intravenous in two groups was similar(P<0.05),while the complication and occurence rate of ischemia myocardial in observation group was obviously lower than the control group and as well as the length of stay(P<0.05).Conclusion If nursing intervention was given to the ATM patients,it can reduce the occurence of the ischemia myocardial and the complication and enhance the patients’ recovery. |
