小切口行疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝效果研究

目的小切口行疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝果研究。方法对164例小儿腹股沟斜疝进行小切口行疝囊高位结扎术治疗,术后对其随访观察,时间最短的3个月,最长的8年。结果复发2例,治愈率为98.8%。结论本术式损伤小,术后当天小儿就可以下床活动,效果可靠,复发率低,成功率高、费用低。

The Experience of 164 Casesof Treatment for Children' s Indirect Inguinal Hernia by Small Incision

Objective To explore the methods of treatment by the operation of children’s indirect inguinal hernia.Methods Of 164 children with inguinal in small-incision hemia sacligation.After their follow-up observation,the time a mininum of three months and a maxinum of 8 years.Results Recurrence in 2 cases,the cure rate was 98.8%.Conclusion The operation have varities of marked merits,such as small incision,litter time,slight trauma,quick recovery,low expense,et al.It is worth extending.
