低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤临床病理分析

目的探讨低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤（LESS）的临床病理学特征、诊断和鉴别诊断。方法分析16例LESS的临床病理特点，通过网状纤维染色、免疫组化染色研究其病理学特征。结果患者年龄26～68岁．平均42．5岁。LESS临床上主要表现为不规则的阴道流血。肿瘤组织成舌状浸润肌层，肿瘤细胞类似增殖期子宫内膜间质细胞。肿瘤内内有大量的似螺旋小动脉血管。网状纤维染色见网状纤维丰富，围绕瘤细胞生长。肿瘤细胞15例CD10阳性，14例ER阳性，15例PR阳性．5例actin阳性，CD34、CD117、Melan—A肿瘤细胞均阴性。结论LESS易误诊，确诊主要依靠组织病理学和免疫组织化学;病理形态上看似良好的低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤．预后不一定好．

The clinicopathologic analysis of low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma
