骨肿瘤冷冻外科治疗技术新进展

冷冻外科技术经历了40多年的发展和论证,在骨肿瘤方面的治疗效果已取得共识。近年来,随着与冷冻外科技术相关的物理学、工程学、生理病理学的发展,及新一代冷冻设备、影像学设备的涌现促进了冷冻治疗效果的较大提高。阐述不同温度条件下冷冻治疗的立即损伤和延迟损伤机制,并对冷冻控制仪、冷媒及冷冻探针,温度监控设备,冷冻过程监控设备等冷冻设备研制方面的新进展予以综述。而后探讨该项技术目前存在的问题,并对其发展前景提出展望。
