| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨卵巢动脉血流变化与卵泡发育不良的关系。方法:采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声监测25例卵泡发育不良妇女68个月经周期的卵泡发育及卵巢血流灌注情况,记录卵泡大小及卵巢动脉的搏动指数(PI),阻力指数(RI),并检测其卵泡期的血清E2及LH水平。另选27例正常排卵的妇女作为对照组。结果:对照组排卵侧卵巢动脉PI和RI值随着卵泡的生长逐渐减低,且与对侧比较两指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05);病例组两侧卵巢动脉的PI、RI值比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。病例组72%(18/25)的患者卵泡期E2及LH水平低于正常参考值,4例在正常值低限。结论:卵巢动脉血流变化会影响卵泡的生长发育,PI和RI值可作为监测卵泡生长发育的指标。
