头孢菌素类药物皮试方法的探讨

目的:探讨头孢菌素类药物皮试方法的安全性和可行性。方法:对320例因感染而需注射头孢噻肟钠或头孢唑啉钠的患者采用自身对照法,左、右臂分别用头孢噻肟皮试液和头孢唑啉皮试液进行皮试,记录皮试结果。结果:头孢噻肟皮试阳性率7·19%,头孢唑啉皮试阳性率9·06%;二者同时阳性率3·75%,明显低于头孢噻肟皮试阳性率和头孢唑啉皮试阳性率(P<0·01)。结论:不能用头孢唑啉皮试液代替头孢噻肟皮试液进行皮肤过敏试验。影响皮试结果的临床因素较多,有关部门应尽快制定头孢菌素类药物皮试的临床操作规范。

Dermal Sensitivity Test of Cephalosporins

OBJECTIVE: To study the safety and feasibility of the dermal sensitivity test (DST) method of cephalosporins. METHODS: The left arms and right arms of 320 infected patients were injected with cefotaxime sodium or cefotaxime sodium DST solution, respectively by self-control method,the result of DST was recorded. RESULTS: DST positive rates of cefotaxime sodium and cefazolin sodium were 7.19% and 9.06%, respectively. The simultaneous DST positive rate of cefotaxime sodium and cefazolin sodium was 3.75%, which was significantly lower than that of cefotaxime sodium or cefazolin sodium (P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS:It was concluded that cefotaxime sodium DST solution could not be substituted by cefazolin sodium DST solution. There are many clinical factors influencing the results of DST, therefore, it is essential for the concerned department to set up clinical operation regulations as soon as possible.
