| 摘 要： | 银屑病关节炎是一种与银屑病相关的炎性关节病，治疗较为棘手。传统治疗主要包括非甾体抗炎药和改变病情抗风湿药物，效果均不满意。近年来生物制剂作为免疫靶向治疗已初步显示其良好的疗效和安全性。本文就银屑病关节炎传统治疗及生物制荆的应用及治疗进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Psoriatic arthritis(PsA) is a chronic systemic inflammatory disorder characterized by the association of arthritis and psoriasis.Traditional drug treatments for PsA include nonsteroidal antiinflammatory agents(NSAID) and disease modifying antirheumatic drugs(DMARD),although the evidence base for their effectiveness is not well established.Current biological therapies have demonstrated excellent efficacy in PsA and have been shown to be safe agents.This article reviews the traditional drug treatments for PsA... |
