某纺织厂噪声对女工健康影响的调查

摘    要:目的了解噪声对纺织女工健康的影响。方法对某纺织厂接触噪声的403名工人进行一般性健康检查和听力测试,听力测试采用经检测的丹麦产AD226型纯音测听诊断仪。结果长期接触噪声听力损失非常严重。接噪组不同性别比较,异常心电图检出率差异有统计学意义(X^2=5.33,P〈0.05),血常规异常检出率女性也高于男性(X^2=8.62,P〈0.01);接噪组女职工异常心电图检出率高于对照组(X^2=4.09,P〈0.05),血常规异常检出率也均高于对照组(X^2=5.23,P〈0.05)。结论纺织噪声可引起听力损伤。女职工心电图、血常规异常改变均有增高。

Abstract:Objective] To understand the effect of noise on female workers'health. Methods]403 workers with noise exposure conducted general health examination and hearing tests, Qualified AD 226 middle-diagnostic pure tone audiometry, which was made in Denmark, was adopted in hearing tests.Results] Hearing loss in workers with long-term exposure to noise was very serious. Be- tween different gender groups, the difference of abnormal electrocardiogram detection rate was significant(X^2= 5.33, P 〈 0.05 ), abnormal detection rate of female was higher than that of male in blood routine examination (X^2= 8.62, P 〈 0.01 ) ; the difference of abnormal electrocardiogram in female workers was significant between noise group and control group(X^2=4.09, P 〈0.05); abnormal detection rate of blood routine examination in noise group was higher than that in control group(X^2= 5.23, P 〈0.05). Conclusion] Textile noise can cause hearing loss, female workers'abnormal electrocardiogram changes and abnormal blood changes.
