| 摘 要： | 用免疫组织化学染色方法，对３０例幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）相关慢性胃炎和１５例Ｈｐ阴性胃粘膜基本正常胃占膜中增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）标记指数（ＬＩ％）和表皮生长因子受体（ＥＧＦ－Ｒ）的表达进行了检测，结果表明：Ｈｐ阳性患ＰＣＮＡＬＩ％为１３．９４±１．６４，Ｈｐ阴性对照组为７．７１±０．９２，有显差别（Ｐ〈０．００１）。ＥＧＦ－Ｒ表达与ＰＣＮＡ呈正相关（ｒ＝０．４４８７，Ｐ〈０．０１），ＰＣＮＡＬＩ

| Abstract: | Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection is the main cause of chronic gastritis, which frequently leads to the at-rophy and intestinal metaplasia of the underlying gastric mucosa, and rarely to gastric cancer. The hyperproliferation ofcells is linked to malignant transformation. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between Hp infec-tion and the gastric epithelial proliferation. Thirty chronic gastritis patients with Hp infection and l5 norma1 controlsproved by endoscopy, histopathology, urease test and bacterial culture were inc1uded in this study. Proliferating cell nu-clear antigen (PCNA) labeling index (LI)% was used as marker of cell proliferation. PCNA LI and expression of epi-dermal growth factor receptor (EGF-R) were detected by immunohistochemistry.
