| 摘 要： | 目的构建孕鼠慢性牙周炎模型,探讨孕鼠慢性牙周炎胎盘组织、血清及羊水中基质金属蛋白酶-3的表达。方法20只Wistar雌鼠随机分为两组:正常组(n=8)、实验组(n=12),各组接受相应的建模处理。观察其牙周组织的病理改变,实时荧光定量PCR分析胎盘组织中基质金属蛋白酶-3的表达,酶联免疫吸附实验检测血清及羊水基质金属蛋白酶-3含量。结果实验组牙周组织改变:牙槽骨吸收,牙周袋形成,组织病理见有大量的破骨细胞、附着丧失。实时荧光定量PCR及酶联免疫吸附试验检测基质金属蛋白酶-3,两组有差距有统计学意义。结论慢性牙周炎可以促进基质金属蛋白酶-3的合成及分泌,并进入血循环通过胎盘屏障,增加不良妊娠的机率。
