按肿瘤新分类标准探讨结直肠癌黏膜病理诊断

目的探讨国际胃肠道上皮肿瘤新分类标准下,结直肠癌粘膜活检病理诊断。方法对1984～2004年我院病理科肠镜黏膜活检诊断为癌,同时又在我院实施手术切除的113例患者的病理诊断报告做比较性回顾分析。结果手术切除标本和肠镜黏膜活检的病理诊断报告一致,无一例是原位癌,全部有浸润,或同时伴有淋巴结转移。结论结直肠黏膜活检细胞和组织结构已肯定达到癌的标准,可按浸润癌进行根治手术。

The discussion on pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer under new classification of tumors

Objective To study the pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer epithelial biopsy specimens according to new classification of gastrointestinal epithelial neoplasms.Methods From 1984 to 2004 year,the 113 patients were confirmed suffered from cancer by electronic endoscope biopsy and resected, then their above-mentioned data were reviewed and analyzed.Results There were close corresponds between the pathological diagnoses of operation and biopsy specimens,and tumors of all the 113 cases were infiltrating carcinoma,and some associated with lymph node metastasis there were not any in situ cancer.Conclusion When the atypical cells and abnormal structures of the specimens of electronic endoscope biopsy are confirmed as the standard of the gastrointestinal epithelial neoplasms, patients can be carried out tumor radical resection.
