HPLC梯度洗脱法测定双黄连片中黄芩苷和绿原酸的含量

目的：建立同时测定双黄连片剂中绿原酸、黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法：采用大连伊利特ODS2色谱柱（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速：1.0mL/min;检测波长：318nm。结果：黄芩苷在24mg/L-288mg/L范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.76%;绿原酸在1.62mg/L-32.4mg/L范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9998）。平均回收率为98.25%,RSD=1.74%。结论：本方法简便可行、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Baicalin in Shuanghuanglian Tablets by HPLC with Gradient Elution

Objective：To establish amethod of HPLC for determination of baicalin and chlorogenic acid in shuanghuanglian tablets.Methods：Elite ODS2 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used.The Methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solutionwas used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The detectionwavelengthwas setas318nm.Results：For baicalin,The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 24mg/L-288mg/L,（r=0.999 9）,and the average recovery rate was 98.6% with an RSD of 1.76%.For chlorogenic acid,The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 24mg/L-288mg/L,（r=0.9998）,and the average recovery rate was 98.25% with an RSD of 1.74%.Conclusion：Themethod is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
