颅脑外伤合并SIRS患者血清抵抗素与C-反应蛋白的动态变化

目的通过监测颅脑外伤合并全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)患者血清抵抗素与C-反应蛋白(CRP)的动态变化,探讨其在观察颅脑外伤患者病情变化中的价值。方法 78例颅脑外伤患者分为两组,SIRS组(颅脑外伤合并SIRS)37例和非SIRS组(颅脑外伤不合并SIRS)41例,分别于伤后24h内、第3天、第5天、第7天上午8时抽取静脉血,分离血清后抵抗素采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心方法测定,CRP采用免疫速率散射比浊法检测二者水平。结果两组颅脑损伤患者伤后24h血清抵抗素、CRP含量均显著高于对照组(P均0.01)。非SIRS组患者血清抵抗素、CRP水平在第3天开始下降。SIRS组患者血清抵抗素和CRP水平虽经治疗仍持续上升,两组上述指标同时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05),两组患者血清抵抗素与CRP呈正相关(r=0.689,P0.01)。结论抵抗素和CRP水平可以用于评估颅脑外伤是否合并SIRS,对于监测SIRS的发生具有较好的临床意义,并有助于准确及时地评估病情和判断预后。

Variation of Serum Resistin and C-reactive Protein Level in Brain Injury with Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome
