摘    要:目的 优选地黄管食通颗粒乙醇提取的方法及制备工艺条件.方法 (1)建立了冬凌草中冬凌草甲素荧光暗斑的薄层定量新方法;(2)采用正交试验法,以冬凌草中冬凌草甲素的转移率为指标,优选地黄管食通颗粒的乙醇提取工艺条件.结果 最佳条件为10倍量95%乙醇回流提取3次,每次提取4h.结论 该工艺可以有效提高冬凌草的提取率.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the method and condition for the extraction process of dihuang guanshi-tong granule.METHODS (1)A new TLCS method was established for determination of Oridonin in Rabdosia rubescens;(2)The optimum alcohol extracting procedure of dihuang guanshi-tong granule was selected with the content and extraction efficiency of oridonin from Rabdosia rubescens by orthogonal test design method.RESULTS The optimum alcohol extracting procedure was determined as 10 times of 95% alcohol refluxing and extracting 4h for 3 times.CONCLUSION The optimum extracting procedure can increase extraction efficiency of Rabdosia rubescens.
