荆州市9年妊高征妇女死亡相关因素分析

１９９０～１９９８ 年间，荆州市活产总数８０３ ５１７ 例，其中因妊高征死亡者３４ 例，占死亡总数的１３３３％ ，居荆州市孕产妇死亡原因顺位的第２ 位。妊高征死亡专率为４２３／１０ 万。其死亡的主要原因是脑血管病、脑水肿和心力衰竭，两者共占７０６１％ 。资料分析表明，个人家庭卫生知识贫乏和医疗保健系统中工作人员知识技能不足是影响妊高征死亡的主要因素。加强孕期保健，认真监测妊高征 ３ 大症状与体征，提高产科门诊质量，合理使用硫酸镁和降压药，防止脑血管意外，适时终止妊娠，是降低妊高征死亡率的关键。

The analysis on the correlative factors of pregnancy and high blood pressure syndrome maternal death through 9 years in Jizhou city

From 1990 to 1998 the total number of living bear in Jizhou city is 803 517.The cases dead in pregnancy and high blood pressure syndrome is 34 and 13 33% of total number of death,lies in 2nd place of death causes of pregnancy and lying in women in Jizhou city.The mortality of pregnancy and high blood pressure syndrome are 4 23/10×10 4.The main causes of death are brain and vascular disease,brain swell and heart failure and are 70 61%.The data analysis show the failure of person and home health knowledge and inadequate of workers knowledge and technical ability in health care system are the main factors which effect the death of pregnancy and high blood pressure syndrome.The key to reduce the mortality of pregnancy and high blood pressure syndrome are to strength pregnant period health care,inspect 3 big symptoms and body symptoms,improve the quality of obstetrical outpatient service,use MgSO 4 and drugs which can reduce blood pressure reasonably,avoid brain and vascular accident,stop pregnant in suitable time.
