| 摘 要： | 对可控性回盲结肠膀胱术技术进行改进，已应用于１２例根治性全膀胱切除尿流改道的病人。采用多处结肠带切断建立低贮尿囊，并用阑尾末端于右下腹壁造口作输出道。结果表明此法术中操作简便、安全，大大缩短了手术时间，无术中并发症。术后具有抗返流、抗失禁作用以及有低张力和足够容量、肾功能良好等优点

| Abstract: | Technical improvement of continent ileocecum-colon urinary reservoir had been performed to 12 patients after redical cystectomy. Using a segment of colon with multiple transverse teniamyotomy formed a low pressure urinary pouch. Moreover, using the appendix with its original place built its efferent tract. This improved technique is simple and safe. It shortens the time during the operation. There are no intraoperative complications. Follow up studies reveal that reliable anti-urinary reflux, urinary continence, lower internal-pressure, enough volume, normal renal function have been achieved after the operation. The patients also feel satisfied. |
