| 摘 要： | 目的 研究桡神经浅支伴行血管皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的临床应用效果.方法 临床应用桡神经浅支伴行血管皮瓣修复20例手部皮肤软组织缺损.结果 术后皮瓣全部成活,术后随访,皮瓣血运、质地良好.结论 桡神经浅支伴行血管皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损,手术操作简单、安全,效果满意,是临床上较理想的选择皮瓣之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of skin flap with superficial branch of radial nerve and vessels in repairing skin and soft tissure defect of hands. Methods 20 hands with skin and soft tissure defect were treated with skin flap with superficial branch of radial nerve and vessels. Results All skin flaps alive after operation,blood supply and the testure of flap showed to be good during following-up after operation. Conclusion Skin flap with superficial branch of radial nerve and vessels was a perfect flap in repairing skin and soft tissure defect of hands, the operation was simple and safe. |
