| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨透明质酸钠对肠粘连松解术后再次粘连的预防作用。方法 :首先 ,用 3 5只大鼠制作肠粘连模型 ,于术后第 7d剖腹观察粘连情况 ,选择发生Ⅰ级～Ⅱ级粘连的大鼠 2 0只分成A、B两组 ,每组各 10只 ,A组将粘连处松解后即关腹 ,B组将粘连处松解后于创面处注射透明质酸钠后关腹。于 2次手术后第 7d处死动物 ,观察各组肠粘连情况 ,并做统计学分析。结果 :二组粘连分级差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :透明质酸钠可减轻肠粘连松解术后再次粘连的程度。

| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of sodium hyaluronic acid in preventing re-adhesion after the operation of intestine adhesion relaxation.Method 35 rats were set as intestine adhesion model and observed adhesion condition by ventrotomy 7 days later.20 of the animals with Grade Ⅰ～Ⅱ adhesion ware divided into two groups(10/group).Rats in group A did only operation of intestine adhesion relaxation,the other group injected sodium hyaluronic acid into the wound after the operation of intestine adhesion relaxation.Did observation and statistical analysis of each group 7 days later after the second operation.Results Adhesion grade of two groups was significantly different( P <0 01).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronic acid may have the effect of reduction re-adhesion grade after the operation of intestine adhesion relaxation. |
