妇产科手术感染患者的原因分析及防护对策

目的:探讨妇产科手术常见感染因素及护理措施,提高手术质量。方法:对417例接受手术治疗的妇产科患者临床感染因素进行回顾性分析,结果:妇科278例患者中感染22例,占7.91%,产科139例患者中感染7例,占5.04%。感染率随年龄的增大逐步上升。结论:对妇产科手术常见感染因素展开分析,并提出相应护理措施,对降低患者感染,提高手术效果是很有意义的。

The reason analysis and nursing measure on infection of gynaecology and obstetrics patients with surgery

Objective：To investigate the common infection factor and nursing measure of gynaecology and obstetrics, and improve the surgery quality. Methods： The clinical complication data of 417 cases of gynaecology and obstetrics patients with surgery were analyzed. Results： The infection of gynaecology patients was 22 cases and reached up to 7.91%. The data of obstetrics was 7 cases and 5.04%. The rate of infection rose along with the age of patients. Conclusion： The analysis and related nursing measure on common infection factor for gynaecology and obstetrics patients with surgery can reduce the infection rate and enhance the effect of surgery.
