| 摘 要： | 阿利吉仑是新型非肽类直接肾素抑制剂,能抑制血浆肾素水平,阿利吉仑单一或联合肾素血管紧张素抑制剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体抑制剂在抗高血压治疗方面具有更好的疗效,其对心血管保护方面的效应及机制研究也正进行大规模试验,对阿利吉仑在心血管方面的研究进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | Aliskiren,a new nonpeptide direct renin inhibitors,can inhibites plasma rennin levels.It was found to be effective either as monotherapy or in combination with rennin-angiotensin system suppressant,ACEI or ARB in patients with antihypertensive.Large-scale ongoing studies are about cardiovascular protection and mechanisms with Aliskiren,This article is to review research progress about cardiovascular protection effects of Aliskiren. |
