环节质量管理与预警评估初探

目的为了迎接二级医院复审,加强规范化管理。方法根据医院评审标准,对我院原质量管理方法及考核内容进行了改进。在全面医疗质量管理中,我们注重了环节质量的管理,特别是抓了重点环节的管理,并针对危险因素建立了风险预警评估机制。结果经一年来的运行,多项指标明显提高、差错减少、事故为零。结论与传统的管理方法相比,管理思维从局限于治疗到全面整体服务,管理方式从追求终末质量向注重环节质量控制转变,收到了显著的效果。

Link quality management and risk forecast discussion

Objective To enhance the standardize control to meet the re-appraisal of scale 2 hospital. Methods Our hospital check-up system and means of medical quality control have been revised again according to the hospital appraisal standard. We pay attention to the link quality control, especially emphasizing the critical link quality control and set up the risk forecast and assessment mechanism in view of the risk factors in the whole medical quality control. Results The fine multi-index of medical quality control has been raised very much, the accident rate of medical practice has been decreased and zero malpractice rate in the past-year-operation. Conclusion Comparing with the traditional quality control,the control thoughts ought to be changed from the limitation of the disease's treatment to the integration of medical service as a whole, the control style ought to be changed from emphasizing the end quality control to emphasizing the link quality control.
