| 摘 要： | 艾滋病是一种病死率高、传播范围广的传染性疾病,且尚未发现有效的治愈方法。目前,大多数感染者生活在发展中国家。疫苗免疫接种是控制传染病最有效的方法,尤其对经济落后地区来说,研发艾滋病疫苗,对于预防人类免疫缺陷病毒的传播具有重要意义。现就艾滋病疫苗的研制工作进展和现状进行综述。

| Abstract: | Acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS),an infectious disease spreading worldwide,had a high case fatality rate and no effective cure yet.Most of those infected patients live in developing countries.The most utility method is immunifaction,especially,to developing country,research and development of vaccine is significant.The article carries on the summary which mainly about the research status quo and development of AIDS in recent years. |
