摘    要:目的 本文考查纳米银抗菌钛板对口腔常见致病菌的的抗菌性能,为其临床运用奠定实验基础.方法 采用湿化学法和水相硅烷化的方法,将纳米银附着在纯钛表面,通过抗粘附实验和贴膜法定性和定量的考察其对口腔常见致病菌的抗菌性能.结果 扫描电镜所示经过改性后的钛表面所粘附的致病菌明显少于对照组,贴膜法显示纳米银改性钛片对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、放线伴放线杆菌和中间普氏菌的抗菌率达到了90%以上.结论 经过纳米银改性后的钛片具有卓越的抗菌性能,为其临床运用奠定了实验基础.

Abstract:Objective The aim of this study was to test the antibacterial properties of silver nanoparticle-modified titani- um. Methods A silver nanoparticle-modified titanium (Ti-nAg) surface was prepared using silanization method, five species of bacteria, Staphylococcus anreus ,Escherichia coli,Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans,Porphyromonas gingivalis and Prevotella intermedia ~vere utilized to test the antibacterial effect of the Ti-nAg treated surface. Results After 24-hour incubation, 90% of bacteria had been killed on the Ti-nAg surface. Conclusion These data suggest that Ti-nAg sould be a promising material with an antibacterial property that may be used as an implantable biomaterial.
