特发性脊柱侧凸患者全血中硒元素和血清中铁、铜、锌元素含量的变化

摘    要:目的 调查研究特发性脊柱侧凸患者血清中铁、铜、锌元素含量及患者全血中硒元素含量.方法 对特发性脊柱侧凸患者进行全血和血清标本采集及微量元素测定,并与正常对照组进行比较.病例组男15例,女15例,年龄为8~19岁.侧凸度数为10°~65°.对照组25例为体检正常志愿者,其中男12例,女13例,年龄为7~19岁,无侧凸.结果病例组Se元素含量(23.45±10.99) μg/L与对照组(57.91±47.83) μg/L相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);病例组Fe元素含量(1.21±0.62) mg/L与对照组(1.16±0.46) mg/L相比,差异无统计学意义;病例组Cu元素含量(0.70±0.14) mg/L与对照组(0.74±0.15) mg/L相比,差异无统计学意义;病例组Zn元素含量(0.77±0.20) mg/L与对照组(0.70±0.20) mg/L相比,差异无统计学意义.结论 Se元素缺乏可能导致胶原纤维和胶原蛋白合成障碍,降低了纤维稳定性,进一步导致脊柱侧凸.

Abstract:Objective To extend investigate and discuss changes of Selenium content in blood and Ferrum, Copper, Zinc content in serum of patients with idiopathic scoliosis. Methods A total of 30 patients ( 15 female and 15 male, aged 8-19 years, degree of spine curvature deformity 10°- 65°) with idiopathic scoliosis were examined and compared with normal con- trol group( 13 female and 12 male, aged 7-19 years). Results There was statistical significance between scoliosis gorup (23.45 ± 10.99) μg/L and control group (57.91 ± 47.83) μg/L of selenium concentration (P 〈 0.01 ). There was no sta- tistical significance between scoliosis gorup (1.21 ±0.62) mg/L and control group (1.16 -± 0.46) mg/L of Ferrum content in serum. There was no statistical significance between scoliosis gorup (0.70 ± 0.14) mg/L and control group (0.74 ± 0.15 ) mg/L of Copper content in serum. There was no statistical significance between scoliosis gorup (0.77 ± 0.20) mg/L and control group(0.70 ±0.20) mg/L of Zinc: content in serum. Conclusion The Se element deficiency may lead to dys- synthesis of collagen fibers and collagen protein, reduce the stability of fiber, and further lead to scoliosis.
