摘    要:结合武警总医院抗击SARS,实现全院医护人员、住院患者、保障人员、家属子女和离退休人员、外派执行救治任务的专家组等五类人员零感染的工作实际,论述了现代危机管理原理在医院抗击SARS中应用的体会,即构建系统的预警机制,见“危”知著,防患未然;完善全面的应急机制,防“危”杜渐、稳扎稳打;利用强大的中枢指挥系统,临危不乱、沉着应对;制定详细的恢复计划,转危为安、化险为夷。

Abstract:Based on the practice of "0" infection among 5 groups of persons (namely the medical workers, inpa-tients, logistic persons, family members, retired persons and experts groups who were sent to the other hospitals to conduct SARS control) in General Hospital of Armed Police Force in fighting SARS, the article discusses the application of crisis management principle in fighting SARS in hospital, namely, the building up systematic early warning mechanism, taking preventive measures; improving comprehensive mechanism to respond emergency, checking erroneous ideas at danger, going ahead steadily and strike sure blows; application of powerful centralized commanding system, facing danger without disorder and handling things calmly; working out detailed recovery plan and turning danger into safety.
