健脾、清热、化淤治法的代表中药党参、蒲公英、川芎及其两药配伍或三药配伍的复方对大鼠应激法、幽门结扎法胃溃疡模型和无水乙醇所致大鼠胃粘膜损伤模型均有不同程度的保护作用。

This paper has firstly reported the pharmacological effects of the representative herbs, CP, TM and LC respectively standing for the therapeutic principles of invigorating the spleen, clearing gaway the heat-evil and the removing blood stasis and their formula on preventing gastric mucosa of rats from ulceration and injury. The results showed that the lesion indexes of the gastric mucosa were markedly decreased in the pretreated animals with either orally taking the decoction of the ahy single herb or taking the decoction of the any two kinds of herbs or taking the decoction of the formula formulated by the three kinds of herbs on the experimental ulcer models induced by stress or pylorus ligation and the gastric mucosal injury model caused by orally taking absolute ethanol in rats. These results imply that the herbs and their formula have a good protective effect on the gastric mucosa of rats.
