后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术20例报告

目的探讨后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的方法及疗效。方法20例采用全麻,后腹腔镜下,距肾实质5 mm将囊壁切除去顶。结果20例后腹腔镜去顶术均获成功,手术时间40~180 m in,平均70 m in;术中出血量20~100 m l,平均48 m l。术后2~3 d拔除后腹腔引流管,术后住院6~8 d。20例随访4~24个月,除2例仍有直径小于2 cm囊肿外,余未见复发。结论后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术疗效确切、安全、微创、术后恢复快,可取代传统开放手术。

Retroperitoneoscopic unroofing of renal cyst: a report of 20 cases

Objective To explore the techniques and efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic unroofing in the treatment of renal cyst.Methods All the 20 patients were operated on under general anesthesia and underwent netroperitoneoscopic unroofing.The cyst walls were unroofed 5 mm from the edge of renal parenchyma.Results All the 20 cases underwent netroperitoneoscopic unroofing were successful.The operaton time was 40-180min (mean 70min);the intraoperative blood loss was 20-100ml(mean 48ml).The retroperitoneal drainage-tubes were removed 2-3 days after operaton.The postoperative hospital stay was 6-8 days.During the follow-up of 4-24 months,no recurrence was found except 2 cases remaining renal cyst under 2cm in diameter.Conclusions Retroperitoneoscopic unroofing is effective,safe,minimal invasive,rapid post-operative rehabilitation,and it can replace conventional open surgery.
