| 摘 要： | 痛风是嘌呤代谢紊乱及(或)尿酸排泄减少引起的一种晶体性关节炎,临床表现为高尿酸血症和尿酸盐结晶沉积所致的特征性急性关节炎、痛风石形成、痛风石性慢性关节炎,并可发生尿酸盐肾病、尿酸性尿路结石等,严重者可出现关节致残、肾功能不全.
