| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨细胞角蛋白19信使核糖核酸(CK19mRNA)监测乳腺癌血行微转移的敏感性和特异性 方法 以逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测106例乳腺癌患者外局血单个核细胞(PBMC)中CK19mRNA的表达情况。结果CK19mRNA特异性强,敏感性为1／105。乳腺癌患者CK19mRNA的阳性检出率为(97／106)91.5％,比病理确诊转移提高22.6％。结论 CK19mRNA作为辅助指标,能间接早期监测乳腺癌的血行微转移

| Abstract: | Objective To study the specific and sensitivity of CK19mRNA and indirect presume micrometastasis of breast neoplasm. Method The presence of CK19mRNA was investigated by RT- PCR in 106 cases.Result The mark of CK19mRNA's specific is good,and its sensitivity is 1/105,the positive rate of CK19mRNA and clinical pathological diagnosis metastasis is 91.5% ,68.9% .respectively. Cnclusion CK19mRNA may be useful in early detection of breast neoplasm blood micrometastasis. |
