42例抽动秽语综合征临床分析

目的：总结抽动秽语综合征的临床特点，并探讨其病因。方法：分析42例抽动秽语综合征患者的临床表现，并统计各所累部位所占的比例。结果：抽动秽语综合征以7～10岁男性儿童多见，其临床以多部位肌肉抽动和发音痉挛为主要表现，无神经系统阳性体征。结论：抽动秽语综合征的诊断主要依其临床表现。熟练掌握其诊断方法对今后临床工作有意义。

Clinical Analysised of 42 Cases Patients with Gilles de la Tourette Syndrom

Objective:Summarize the characteristic of clinical appearance of Gilles de la Tourette syndrome,and to investigate its pathogeny.Methods:Analysised the clinical appearance of 42 patients with Gilles de la Tourette syndrom and counted the frequency of position it involved.Results: Gilles de la Tourette syndrome most commenced in the male children with ages between 7-10 years.The mostly symptom of Gilles de la Tourette syndrome was multiple motor and vocal tics.There were not masculine sings in neurological system examination.Conclusions: The diagnosis of Gilles de la Tourette syndrome mostly depends on its clinical appearance.Knowing well the method of its diagnosis will be helpful for the future clinical work.
